I know HR, the good, the bad, and the ugly
I am an eighteen-year veteran of business specializing in human resources. The incredibly diverse businesses in which I've led span retail, urban revitalization, and digital marketing. I have worked with both large and small companies, well-established and very early-stage start-up. I have experienced both traditional organization structures, large bureaucracies, and very unorthodox organizational structures like self-management.
What does all of that mean? It means that I've seen a lot of the world of work and I'm ready to disrupt old ways of thinking.
Work should suck a lot less and I have a lot to say about how I think we can change it all which is why I became a public speaker.
